This help section is for anyone who is 'computer shy' and may need a step by step guide to ordering one of our personalised guest books, although there are basic instructions and prompts as you work your way through each section of the ordering process.
On the shop homepage you will see a series of 'tab's or clickable headings. By clicking on one of these you can choose to:
- enter SHOP
- read our TERMS & conditions
- view all DELIVERY costs & information
- find out ABOUT us
- CONTACT us
Once you have familiarised yourself with how the site works, you can begin shopping for your Personalised Guest Book by clicking the 'SHOP' tab.
Your shopping experience may differ slightly depending on the device that you are browsing on (ie a phone, tablet or desktop computer), but this instruction is based on shopping from a desktop computer).
You will be presented with a page showing the different categories of book that we offer. Click on any of the images to open the relevant category and more images will be displayed showing all the designs in that category. (You can have any design for any occasion but we have organised the designs into the most appropriate category for ease of browsing).
If you see a design that you like, click on that image and a purchase page will open. Here you can see more information about the design as well as any colour options available. All colours can be viewed in the image gallery. Just click on any of the pictures and they will expand for easy viewing.
Select your colour option from the drop-down box and in the box entitled 'Personalise' enter the name(s), date(s)
for your own book. Then enter the number of books required in the box marked 'Qty'. Click the 'Add to Bag' button and your order will be added to your shopping bag.
You will then be redirected to your 'shopping bag' page where you can view and check (or delete by clicking the cross) the details of the item(s) ordered and the postage charge and redeem any voucher codes (vouchers may be used up to 2 times and within 3 months of issue unless otherwise stated). If you are happy with the order click the box to confirm that you have read our terms and conditions and then click on the 'Checkout' tab.
You will then be directed to the 'shipping information' page, where you need to enter your postal address and delivery method preference. Then click 'Continue'.
Enter your email address, billing and shipping addresses where prompted. You can also create an account at this stage in the section provided but this is optional. Then click 'Continue'.
You will then be directed to the payment page. All payments are processed by Paypal. You can either sign into your account if you have one or make a one off 'guest' payment if you don't, using your credit or debit card (payment is made using over a secure server and your details are not stored).
And that's it! You have completed the order process. You can now sit back and relax while your personalised book is created within 3 working days and then posted to you using the delivery method specified on your order.
